Lucy is an experienced teacher who has practiced since 2006 with a particular interest in the Ashtanga tradition. She works hard to make yoga accessible to every student, so that by the end of class they will have achieved greater peace, stillness, and clarity of mind. She firmly believes in the transformative practice of yoga, and her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and kindness on and off the mat. A native Minnesotan who has traveled, studied, and worked internationally, she believes that if you can breathe, you can do yoga. When not practicing or teaching yoga, she loves to spend time with her three kids and Labrador Retriever, preferably in nature. Her other interests are biking, taking long walks, and reading.
